Dear Management, I would like to file a complaint regarding the service I received from one of your employees. While placing an order, I provided the name of my business and carefully spelled it out several times. However, the employee continued to argue with me, insisting that she could not find it in the system. I repeatedly explained the spelling and even clarified that the word “Double” was spelled without an extra “U” at the end, but she continued to dispute it instead of listening. At one point, she told me, “Come and see for yourself, ma’am,” which I found disrespectful and unprofessional. Rather than resolving the issue, she handed my order off to another employee and went to speak with her supervisor. I am a regular customer and spend a significant amount of money with your company. My frustration is not because a mistake was made, but because of the employee’s attitude and unwillingness to listen. Instead of helping, she continued to argue, which made the experience very unpleasant. I hope this matter will be reviewed and addressed so that other customers do not have a similar experience. Great find! The biggest standout here is the staff genuinely some of the nicest, most helpful people you’ll come across. They make the whole place feel welcoming and easy to shop. Huge selection, good prices, and everything feels fresh and well stocked. It’s the kind of place you end up spending more time than planned. If you’re in the area, definitely worth a visit.

I love Sanwa, you can find many cultural items there that many stores don’t sale. I went in yesterday for a few items and was greeted by a cashier by the name of Chandra. She provided such excellent customer service and even told me about a bogo deal that I almost missed. She went out her way to guide me to the correct product and all. Thank you for being such a beautiful human being, we need more people like you!

I love this place. I'm from out of town but go here whenever I come to Florida. I'm always excited by the exotic fruits. On my last visit, there was a gentleman who was working in the produce area. I had a question and he stopped what he was doing to happily help me. He made my day with his attention and care about my need. I wish I would have gotten his name. I can't wait to go back and see what exciting things I find next time.

Sanwa is a wonderful place to grab fresh fruits especially fresh vegetables from all over the world. Spices, chili peppers, fresh ginger, sauces, dairy products, rice, bread, seafood, tortillas and lots of sodas from Thailand and the Caribbean. Staff is helpful and friendly. You can open a business account to better facilitate bulk buying etc. Be sure to wear something warm when going into the freezer section(vegetables, fruits, seafood and meat). We had a good experience. Parking very ample.
